Albert’s Diamond Jewelers is a 110-year old family business located in Northwest Indiana. Though they offer their clients a superior level of products and services, they were facing increased competition from national chains and internet jewelry purveyors. They approached Point B for a new branding and marketing campaign that would help them continue to grow their highly rated business in a more competitive and increasingly digital world.
Through our proprietary Point A process, we worked with Albert’s team to get to know them, their business and their customers at a granular level. Our research identified the core attributes customers felt set them apart and then analyzed their brand and messaging compared to the competition. We recommended a new branding and marketing campaign that would help them continue to grow their highly rated business in a more competitive and increasingly digital world, build stronger relationships with their loyal customers, and go on offense with the competition.
After an incredibly successful holiday season (YoY sales increased by 37%), Albert’s has continued to seek Point B’s help for both strategic and tactical marketing ideas to capture consumer interest and sales during other major holidays, including Valentine’s and Mother’s Day.
Albert’s has also doubled their investment in digital marketing with targeted banner ads, Facebook advertising, and a Geo-conquesting campaign to help offset the impact of the pandemic on brick and mortar sales.
