Atrium Village
Atrium Village is a rental senior living community just outside of Baltimore. While the community had a lasting legacy, the reputation it held in the community was mediocre. When the community added new management, programming, and a newly renovated look, it needed a new brand to help re-introduce it to the community and surrounding target markets. The completed renovation was innovative, modern, and unlike anything else in the market. So, they needed a brand and marketing support to match.
Point B gave the brand a complete makeover that repositioned the community in every way and married perfectly with the recent renovation. Point B used our proprietary Point A discovery process to research the community and its market to develop a brand built to provide purpose, spontaneity, youthfulness, mobility, and meaning. The new brand is a true reflection of the new and improved Atrium Village, and we continue to generate excitement and curiosity in the market and - more importantly – generate more leads.
The new brand has helped to redefine Atrium Village's image in the Baltimore area. The ongoing marketing support has piqued interest in the target market and is successfully repositioning the community as the best solution in the area.
Leads for the community have seen a 183% increase from October 2023 to January 2024.
