In 2012, Sonesta Hotels and Resorts turned to Point B to help them launch their new extended-stay hotel brand Sonesta ES Suites. Sonesta was so impressed with our efforts; they selected Point B to revamp the field marketing efforts of all their hotels and resorts across North America.

Point B conducted a property-wide audit of all marketing materials in use and analyzed the cost and effectiveness and brand compliance. We then created a library of top-performing assets that best reflected a strong and consistent brand message. We developed a review and approval process that allows each property to play up their unique offerings and guest experiences within the approved materials library. Working with each property, we created the marketing materials they needed to address the needs of their markets, and by tapping into our network of printing and production resources, we achieved, on average, a 25% cost savings over past production expenses. Today our field marketing system and support allow Sonesta to launch new properties more effectively and more efficiently support individual property marketing staff with customized marketing materials, as Sonesta continues to expand their brand across the United States.

As brand stewards, Point B has ensured that individual property marketing stays on brand while helping them promote their own unique messaging and be more competitive in their markets, all while saving significant costs, on average, 25%.
