Point B was selected to transform the Warren Barr name into a brand that would reflect the superior level of patient care and unparalleled amenities that this newly revamped facility would offer.
After gathering data from in-depth interviews conducted with leading orthopedic surgeons and rehabilitation specialists about what they look for in a cutting-edge rehabilitation center to recommend to their patients, Point B went into action. Inspired by the facility's location in Chicago's famed Gold Coast neighborhood, as well as the sophisticated level of appointments and services the boutique facility would offer, Point B branded Warren Barr as "The Gold Standard in Transitional Care.' We then brought the brand to market with a set of marketing materials – from a website, mobile, social, and content marketing to collateral pieces (including a coffee table book) – of a quality, unlike anything the industry had ever seen.
After its re-launch, Warren Barr quickly became a rehabilitation partner of choice for many of the area's leading hospitals, doctor's offices, and medical facilities.
Within 18 months, the Warren Barr brand had expanded to include five hugely successful facilities throughout the Chicagoland area.
With the success of Warren Barr, Legacy Healthcare asked Point B to handle the rebranding and support of its other rehabilitation brands, compromising over 50 facilities across four states.
